This unique cruciform pendant features detailed, historical devotional imagery on the front and a traditional emergency inscription on the back, making it a powerful sacramental piece or a meaningful gift.Design & Features

• Front Imagery (4-Way Cross): Features high-relief depictions of the Sacred Heart of Jesus (top), St. Joseph holding the Christ Child (left), St. Christopher carrying Baby Jesus (right), and the Miraculous Medal of the Blessed Virgin Mary (bottom) bordered by Latin devotional text.
• Back Inscription: Stamped with the traditional emergency request: "I AM A CATHOLIC. PLEASE CALL A PRIEST." (intended to alert first responders to summon a priest for Last Rites).
