An elegant pair of vintage mid-century Hollywood Regency table lamps featuring richly patterned cut-crystal globes, ornate brass accents, and sculptural cherub bases.
The rounded, open-top globes feature an intricate combination of starbursts, intersecting geometric cuts, elongated leaf shapes, and finely textured panels. Below each globe, a decorative leaf collar supports a sparkling fringe of large faceted teardrop prisms suspended from smaller crystal beads.
Faceted clear stems rise above dimensional cherub figures with fruit and foliage detailing. Ornate brass leaf decoration continues around the bottom, resting on circular white marble bases with subtle natural veining. The warm metal tones, pale marble, and brilliant crystal give these lamps their distinctive, glamorous presence.
Beautiful displayed together on a console, buffet, or dresser, or placed separately on bedside or accent tables. Their crystal catches the light beautifully even when the lamps are switched off.
Both lamps have been tested and work. Each has an inline switch on its cord. Photographs include both lamps illuminated side by side.
The metal surfaces show age-related patina and variations in tone. Please review the detailed photographs and video for condition, decorative details, and the appearance of both lamps. Measurement photographs are included.
Sold together as a pair.
Each lamp weighs over 7 lb. The material used is responsible for this.
This could not be mailed through any carrier because it is top heavy with that Crystal globe being mostly responsible. As we share responsibility of its difficulty, the marble and brass add to that.
This will be pick up only.
When you pick it up you will clearly understand the dilemma of shipping it through any carrier.
You can opt for freight pick up if you would like. I am easily accessible at all hours of the day.
