Vintage Hopi-Tewa Pottery Seed Pot with Kachina Mask by Randy Sahmie, 3 1/4" in Diameter.
This beautiful,hand-made potteryseed pot features a Kachina mask design and 3 crosses. It was made by Randy Sahmie of First Mesa and measures approximately3 1/4" indiameter x 2 1/2" high with a 7/8" opening. It is in near fine condition andis signed "Sahmie" on the bottom. The photos are of the actual item and not stock photos.
We purchased this item from an elderly couple who were moving from a large house to a senior apartment and didn't have room for their Indian art collection. They were active collectors especially during the 1970's and 80's and were good friends and customers of the Sahmie family.
