Vintage Imperial Glass Company \"Twins\" Pattern 9\" Fruit Bowl w/Pedestal - Marigold Carnival Glass - Excellent Condition!Up for sale is a Vintage Imperial Glass Company \"Twins\" Pattern Fruit Bowl w/Pedestal base. It is rendered in classic Marigold Carnival Glass. Produced around 1910, the \"Twins\" pattern is highly recognizable for its molded configuration of twin hobstars separated by arches, capped off by a deep ruffled, raised rim. Because the pedestal base is entirely unattached, the upper section can be used alone as a large centerpiece bowl, or situated atop the matching stand as a high-stature compote. The warm, fiery orange-amber \"marigold\" base coloration treated with an iridescent metallic glaze reflects bright pink, gold, and green tones under direct light.The bowl and pedestal are in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. The bowl and pedestal together is 9-1/4\" tall. The bowl alone is about 9\" to 10\" in diameter and 4-1/4\" tall. The pedestal base5-1/2\" tall. The top is about 4-1/2\" in diameter and the bottom is 5-1/2 in diameter. As with the bowl, the pedestal can also be used individually, inverted to become a small compote bowl.Thanks for Looking!
