Vintage Israeli souvenir wall plate, about 6.25 inches across, in embossed copper-tone metal. The center medallion shows the Wailing Wall - the Western Wall in Jerusalem - with three worshippers at its base, lettered 'JERUSALEM' above and 'WAILING WALL' below. The wide rim carries grapevines, grape clusters and flowers with 'ISRAEL' in an English banner and ישראל (Yisrael - Israel) in a Hebrew banner. The design is stamped in relief and shows in reverse on the back. Wire loop for hanging. A classic piece of mid-century Judaica brought home from a trip to Israel, likely the late 1960s-70s. CONDITION - pre-owned, good: light scratches and wear to the raised high points, uneven tarnish and a few small spots; no dents or holes. Sold as found; see photos.
