Vintage Japanese porcelain rabbit figurine. This charming piece features hand-painted Imari/Kutani style decoration with vibrant rust-orange brush stroke detailing and green foliage motifs. It comes complete with its original green raffia tie around the neck and bears a traditional red maker's mark on the base.
Excellent vintage condition. There are no chips, cracks, crazing, or repairs to the porcelain or glaze. The hand-painted details remain bright and crisp.
The unglazed base ring shows permanent dark shelf wear/discoloration consistent with age, as pictured.
