Vintage Japanese Yoshitoku Doll (吉徳大光) – Possibly 1970s
Beautiful traditional Japanese doll featuring an elaborate brocade kimono and original wooden Yoshitoku Daikō (吉徳大光) name plaque. Based on the style and craftsmanship, I believe it may date from the 1970s, but I cannot verify the exact age.
In the original box. I don’t have paperwork, or certificate of authenticity. The doll is being sold based on the attached photos and wooden maker's plaque.
The doll is in very good vintage condition with normal signs of age. Please review all photos carefully as they are part of the description.
A lovely collectible or display piece from one of Japan's well-known traditional doll makers.
