Lot of three vintage Agricultural Almanacs published by John Baer's Sons, Inc. of Lancaster, Pennsylvania. This collection includes editions for the years 1919, 1923, and 1929, providing a fascinating glimpse into early 20th-century farming, weather forecasting, household advice, local history, and rural Pennsylvania life.
These softcover almanacs are in very good vintage condition for their age, with pages that remain intact and covers that display well. They show expected light wear from over 95-100 years of age, including minor edge wear, toning, and handling marks, but overall present exceptionally well. The original illustrated covers remain attractive and make this set an excellent display piece.
A wonderful addition to any collection of Pennsylvania history, agricultural ephemera, antique books, almanacs, or Lancaster County memorabilia. Rare to find multiple early John Baer's editions together in such well-preserved condition.
