I am cleaning out my kokeshi collection and selling this kokeshi by Izumi Morijiro. She is approx. 7.5" tall.
Amateur Inspection: My items are pre-owned & vintage, so signs of age and wear should be expected. This set includes kokeshi that have fading, darkening, staining, peeling/chipping of paint & wax finish, floating wax, dents, cracks &scratches.
Please check the photos carefully, ZOOM IN, for any noted conditions and to check for additional conditions, for which you may be sensitive, before purchasing. The photos are an extension of the description. Due to lighting and viewing devices, colors may vary.
Take note that some areas are still experiencingwarmer weather. This heat, in addition to the vibration during the delivery process, can soften old glue and allow for adhesion failure. This is more common with older kokeshi and/or when a sparse amount of glue is present. Please utilize wood glue in this instance.
Please reach out if you have any questions.
