PAYMENTS:

Buyer has four calendar days to pay for an item after they?ve committed to buy. We will cancel the unpaid order starting on the 5th calendar day.

P.O. BOXES: FedEx and our trucking companies WILL NOT deliver to PO Boxes. If your confirmed address is a P.O. Box, you will need to contact us for a shipping quote VIA USPS delivery BEFORE offerding.

We Only ship to United States via FedEx, UPS or USPS
We ship Monday to Saturday excluding all US major holidays. We ship FedEx, UPS and USPS at our discretion. Signature is required per guidelines and our discretion.
If shipping is not specified, you must contact us for a shipping quote before offerding.
DAMAGE CLAIMS: Damage to merchandise during shipping MUST be reported to us immediately upon discovery. ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING MATERIALS MUST BE SAVED and submitted at time of pickup or inspection. Images are required with any return.
Any item returned to us as ?non-deliverable?, will require additional money for re-shipment.
Item listed as \"NEW\" need to be returned same as it was shipped, or money will be deducted in accordance with policy.
We DO NOT ship on buyer?s accounts (i.e. UPS and FedEx).

Returns-DOA means the item will NOT turn on, power up, or run self-tests as described in the sale. Our guarantee is for replacement or refund at our discretion. All claims of DOA must be made in 7 days. All items must be returned for refund or replacement. Return labels are provided from your US shipping address. If you have chosen to export the item, it must still be returned for replacement or refund.
We adhere to guidelines on money back guarantees. All claims must be made within the 30-day limit.
We do not add or remove components from our items.
Items must be returned before refunds are processed. This includes international buyers.
