Offered for sale is a vintage M.I. Hummel “Umbrella Girl”, model HUM 152/B, produced by Goebel in Western Germany.
This is the desirable large approximately 8-inch version of Umbrella Girl, featuring the young girl seated beneath her oversized brown umbrella, wearing a blue coat and striped stockings.
The underside is marked with the Goebel bee/V trademark, Western Germany, and the impressed 152 B model number. There is also a faint impressed date marking on the underside. Please see the detailed photographs of the base and markings.
