Vintage METAL AND ENAMEL POPEYE BRACELET PIECE. This must have once been the center of a kid's bracelet. There are loops on each end for a strap. This was once sewn onto the felt beanie of a young boy, with other items from the 1940s and 1950s. No maker or country name found. Looking closely, it looks like enamel filled into the spaces.
