• Sir Robert Wilson (1849, Westminster Abbey): General Sir Robert Thomas Wilson was a renowned British Army general, governor of Gibraltar, and Member of Parliament. His monumental brass in Westminster Abbey depicts him in 14th-century-style armor with hands in prayer and a resting lion at his feet, commemorating chivalry and service.
• Dame Jemima Wilson (1849, Westminster Abbey): His wife, depicted in elegant period drapery and headdress with hands clasped in prayer and a loyal hound resting at her hem.
Materials & Craftsmanship:
Each figure is crafted from engraved brass plate inlaid onto a textured, crushed-stone aggregate slab designed to recreate the tactile feel of historic cathedral masonry. Backed with a protective thin wood layer.
