Vintage German porcelain horse figurine byMetzler & Ortloff of Ilmenau, Germany. Features a young foal/colt in a graceful resting pose with its legs extended and head turned to the side.

Beautiful glossyblue-gray and white underglaze coloringwith dappled detailing along the body, dark hooves, mane and tail, and finely modeled facial features.

The underside is marked with the greencrowned M/O Metzler & Ortloff factory markand “GERMANY.”

Measures approximately5.75 inches long.
