Vintage Mexican Hand Painted Clay Pottery Snake 11" Signed E.R. Folk Art Tonala?
Snake is signed on bottom. I'm not sure if it is from Tonala, Mexico as is just says Mexico on the bottom, but it looks like the Tonala style. This came from my Aunt, and she may have got it from my Grandparents. All of them traveled to Mexico in the 60's, 70's, and 80's and came back with hand made items like this.
Snake is in Very Good used condition with very little wear, a little bit of rubbing has removing some paint near the end of the tail, and some light scratches on the bottom wear it rests on a surface. No chips or cracks. Please see pictures as they are considered part of the condition description.
