​Charming vintage mid-century novelty tobacciana collectible featuring a clever pop-up cigarette dispenser styled as a miniature library bookshelf. Hand-carved and painted details include two rows of faux book spines, a smoking cigarette accent on the front, and a carved wooden dog emerging from the top hatch.

​Originally designed so that pressing the front push-button pops the lid open, raises the dog to present a cigarette, and triggers the wind-up music box movement in the base.
