Wonderful old stock set of 12 Musgrave No. 471 Hermitage Indelible Hard pencils, made in the U.S.A. Dark burgundy/brown finish with gold lettering.
The pencils remain unsharpened and include their original vintage “High-Grade Pencils” paper band, making this a particularly nice display or collection piece for vintage pencil and writing-instrument collectors.
Each pencil is marked:
“MADE IN U.S.A. 471 MUSGRAVE HERMITAGE INDELIBLE HARD”
Vintage unused condition with expected storage/age wear. Gold lettering varies in visibility, and the pencils show some surface rubbing and marks. Original paper band has age wear, creasing and small areas of paper loss. Please see photos for details.
