Vintage Nashco Hand Painted Plate Tray 11 Inches Long Island New York NY See Pics
I believe this is made of some type of aluminum (not 100% sure - feels thin/light weight), measures 11 inches from top to bottom of plate (measured with plate laying flat on table).
Please see pictures for condition - tray/plate measures 11 inches from top of tray to bottom of tray. Tray does have wear, including scratches, some stains (did not attempt to clean), wear to paint from age + back of tray has scratches, staining, general wear as well. Overall, in pretty good shape, considering its age
