Vintage hand-built Hopi polychrome pottery bowl by noted Hopi potter Juanita Healing (1916–2006). The underside is hand-signed “Juanita Healing,” providing direct artist attribution. Healing was a Hopi potter from Sichomovi at First Mesa and the sister of potter Patricia Honie. She married Dewey Healing, the son of Annie Healing Nampeyo and grandson of celebrated Hopi-Tewa potter Nampeyo.
