Vintage Navajo Storyteller Cloth Doll by Rose Carrillo 1991 Native American
This was my mothers.
Approx. measurements: 19\" Long
Two of the children are not attached and just sit in the arms.The last picture shows where one of the children\'s string pulls it away from the mothers body. You can reach up under the top and pull the string where it brings back the small doll close to the mother doll.The front of the dress has faded somewhat compared to the back of the dress.The mother doll is wearing traditional clothing and the children dolls are wearing beaded necklaces and earring. The mother doll has a hand stitched face and the children have drawn on faces.
