Vintage Original Hand Painted Store Sign - 40's-60's? Advertising, Garage For Sale

Vintage Original Hand Painted Store Sign - 40's-60's? Advertising, Garage -- This sign is from a store front shopping center. Possibly from the 1940's through the 1960's or so. The sign is hand painted. I can't find a reference to it anywhere. The sign measures approximately 67"W x 16"H and is made of metal. The sign has a really cool border embossed, or folded into the metal. There is some surface rust from being outside for many years. There are no creases or dents in the sign, but there is some minor warpage along one corner and along the top of the border. There is quite a bit of paint overspray. This is a really cool looking sign. Please look closely at the images as they tell the best story about the condition of this unique sign.
