This original vintage Real Photo Postcard (RPPC) features the famous "Ted Hustead's Cowboys" mechanical display inside the iconic Wall Drug Store in Wall, South Dakota. The black and white image highlights detailed lifesize cowboy figures seated with instruments, including an accordion, guitar, and banjos, set against a rustic barn backdrop.
