If the item is damaged in shipping you agree to hold on to the item, the box it came in and the packing materials until the claim is processed. Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless we erroneously forgot to declare a Major Flaw. Remember that most items will show wear. All items are Vintage and some are Antique! And such will have imperfections due to the age alone and normal wear and tear. Please keep in mind that Vintage items have been used and will have small issues like surface scratches and age appropriate wear. We will show Major issues in the photos as the part of the description. Please let us know if you would like any additional photos or clarification on the photos which are already posted!
