Vintage Scandinavian Style Carved Wood Grandma Grandpa Old Couple Folk Art Pair For Sale

This vintage pair of folk art figurines features an old peasant couple, including a woman holding a large parcel and a basket, and a man dressed in overalls and a hat. Hand-carved from solid wood with painted details, these charming sculptures showcase a stylized, expressive style reminiscent of traditional European or Scandinavian woodcraft.

They stand on octagonal carved wooden bases, measuring approximately 4.5 inches in total height. Both pieces exhibit characteristic flat-plane carving cuts and showing surface patina, minor paint wear, and age-related distressing that enhance their authentic rustic character.
