Model: 495-16 with single handle, classic bulbous jug / amphora shape from the 1960s-1970s Mid Century era. 
Glaze: Gorgeous fat lava / mottled glaze - speckled blue, black, brown over cream with caramel / ochre drip at base. High gloss.
Size: Approx. 6.25\" tall x 5\" wide at belly (see ruler photos). Model 495-16. 
Condition: Excellent vintage. No chips, cracks, or repairs. Light crazing normal for age. Inside clean. Mark on bottom is clear: 495-16 W. GERMANY.
