Condition:The mermaid opener is in excellent vintage condition and it has some weight to it! The solid cast brass structural frame is exceptionally robust with no cracks, splits, or bends. The authentic brass surface features a stunning, unpolished natural estate patina that has darkened beautifully in the recessed scales, giving the high-relief design incredible depth. It can easily be polished back to a brilliant bright gold shine by the buyer if preferred.
