This lamp is a \"time capsule\" piece. Purchased threedecades ago in Columbus, Ohio, and kept in its original packaging, it capturesthe 1990s fascination with natural, global materials. While the shade is slightly more compact (6\" vs 8\"),the fact that it is a plug-in swag style makes it more versatile for modernbuyers who don\'t want to hire an electrician. The inclusion of the originalinsert and box remains the primary value driver. This price point positions itas a \"premium gift\" or a \"unique collector\'s find\".
