Beautiful Vintage Mid-Century Modern "The Sunshine Line" Christmas Assortment Set
Up for sale is a wonderful piece of holiday nostalgia: a near-complete box of vintage religious Christmas cards from the highly collectible "Silver Radiance" series (Product No. G 9529), published by The Sunshine Line.
This is authentic New Old Stock (NOS). The cards and envelopes have never been used, written on, or signed.
What is Included in This Lot:
Original Decorative Storage Box:
Features a stunning textured silver border with a gothic stained-glass church window and poinsettia art. The bottom corner has a small vintage split, but the box holds its shape perfectly and displays beautifully.
17 Unused Holiday Cards:
Features a beautiful variety of mid-century religious designs (including a snowy country church, the Holy Family, a shepherd boy, and a Silent Night scroll). Every single card features striking, reflective gold-foil detailing on the front borders and graphics. All card interiors include festive greetings and printed Bible scriptures (Luke, John, and Isaiah).
20 Original Envelopes:
The envelopes are still bound together in their original factory paper belly band wrapper. 19 of the envelopes are in pristine condition. The single envelope at the very bottom of the stack shows natural vintage cardboard acid-transfer browning/patina on the reverse side from resting against the box base over the decades.
