Vintage TEXTURED Seascape ROCKS Sea Coast Art Unusual Old Postcard
đź“ś Description
Unusual vintage art postcard featuring a stylized coastal landscape with the sea, rocky cliffs and a solitary offshore rock formation.
The image is created in broad areas of muted blue, green, pink and brown, giving the landscape a distinctive decorative, almost modernist appearance.
The front appears to have an unusual textured color surface, with some areas of the image looking thicker and more tactile than ordinary flat postcard printing. Similar vintage postcards were sometimes produced using special textured or layered decorative printing techniques. Since the exact production technique is not identified on the card, it is described here conservatively as textured printing rather than as a specific appliqué or velvet technique.
