Vintage tie clip belonged to a TOASTMASTERS INTERNATIONAL Past President. Logo in center is marked 1/10 10K GF on the back of the disk; the clip is marked on the back separately, Balfour / 12K GF. The item measures 1-5/8\" wide and 3/4\" high in the center, which is accented with dark blue enameling. Light surface wear visible on the flat parts of the clip, but still overall nice condition.
