Most of our items ship USPS with delivery confirmation. Large or heavy items many ship FedEX or UPS ground . Sorry, but we DO NOT and WILL NOT ship using buyers' shipping accounts.
In case of lost or damaged mail: We will give refund only AFTER we receive refund from post office.
We do not sell to 3rd party warehouse buyers and we DO NOT put item numbers on outside of parcels!
Our refund policy: Occasionally we have missed something with an item...in those cases we have always and will always, work with the buyer, but we will report any abuses to the security center.
