$175.00

this is a vintage 1970s Testors "Fly'Em" Red Baron Albatros biplane is in non-working condition. The propeller does not spin. There is overall deterioration over the years. The plastic is not brittle still has some bend in it. Missing one wheel. The rear upper tail fin is kinda flimsy but still intact. For parts or repair or for a cool display piece.

Key Details About Your PlaneModel Type: It is modeled after the WWI German Albatros D.III / D.V fighter aircraft flown by Manfred von Richthofen, rather than his more famous Fokker Dr.I Triplane.

Operation: This is a control line (tethered) gas-powered model. It originally featured a tiny built-in .049 gas engine under the nose cowling, which spun the propeller at high speeds while the operator controlled its altitude in a circle using a dual-line tether cord and handheld handle.
