Vintage US Army 1st Infantry Regiment unit crest / DUI pin. Motto SEMPER PRIMUS (“Always First”). Classic enamel design: red & light-blue shield, white indented bend, gold oval belt with blue stripes. New York maker mark on reverse (period N.S. Meyer style). Pin back intact. Honest vintage wear and patina—exactly what you’d expect from a piece that has been “always first” since the 1920s–1950s era. Great for displays, uniforms, or collectors who like real history over factory-fresh shine. Sold as pictured.
