* 3 subdued black oak-leaf lieutenant colonel rank insignia on olive-green cloth
* Two rank insignia remain connected on one strip of clothPreowned pieces showing age, storage and uniform wear. The ROTC patches have edge wear, loose threads, discoloration and remnants of stitching from previous attachment. The cloth rank insignia have unfinished or hand-cut edges and loose threads.
