This antique blotter is in amazing condition and quite beautiful.
I could not find any markers mark or hallmarks other than a few numbers on underside
The fabric appears to be velvet.
It measures3~5/8” x 2~5/8” x 1~1/8” not including knob handle which adds another 1~1/8\" to height
