Vintage Warner Sallman ‘Head of Christ’ Jesus Lithograph Oval Frame - 11” Tall
This lithograph portrait is a reproduction of the well-known artwork titled “The Head of Christ”, also called the Sallman Head, a 1940 portrait painting of Jesus by Warner Sallman (1892–1968). As an extraordinarily successful work of Christian popular devotional art.
Vintage plastic frame that is painted gold on the front. Has scratches, scuffs, missing paint all around. I think it looks great that way or could be repainted.
Measures approximately 11” tall by 9.25” wide
In overall good used condition. Frame has issues as described above. Litho is in good condition as well as glass.
