Vintage West Germany Paper Mache Santa Candy Container Christmas Ornament Lot 2 For Sale

Vintage German Paper Mâché Santa Claus Candy Container Ornaments — Fillable Baubles Lot of 2Bring a sweet touch of nostalgic European holiday tradition to your festive displays with this lovely pair of vintage hand-pressed paper mâché candy container ornaments. Made in Germany during the mid-century era, these lightweight circular nesting containers split completely apart at the center seam to hold small holiday candies, chocolates, or surprise trinkets.

• Curated 2-Piece Holiday Set :Includes two complementary nesting bauble containers, each featuring distinct, rich vintage color palettes—one showcases a winter night sky blue backdrop and the other a festive indoor green scene.
• Charming Lithograph Imagery :Outfitted with classic, high-detail vintage illustrations. The blue container features Santa flying his sleigh past a clock striking midnight and gathering gifts by a snowy tree. The green container depicts Santa distributing toys alongside a helpful holiday elf inside a cozy home workshop.
• Detailed Patterned Interior :The interior faces of each container shell are beautifully lined with a traditional retro red and tan starburst snowflake repeating pattern.
• Verified Hand-Measured Dimensions :Each circular container measures precisely 2.75 inches in diameter (the edge tracking clearly marks the 2.75-inch spot on the ruler guide).
• Authentic Vintage Condition Note :In good, highly presentable pre-owned condition. As is typical with mid-century pressed cardboard decorations, they show authentic age-appropriate cosmetic wear. This includes light scuffs, minor edge flaking/rubbing along the closure seam lips (carefully documented in the close-up photos), and gentle surface fine line crackling. The friction seams still close together nicely and both top hanging loops remain intact.
