Vintage White Floral NET LACE COLLAR w/RUFFLED EDGE Handmade Victorian Style
This is a vintage Edwardian style net lace collar with with three-rows of ruffles along the outer edge. It's off-white with a little age-related yellowing and has a delicate floral pattern. Circumference of the center oval center is 20 1/4." Width across the shoulders is around 10." Total length is 20" (please see 6th photo). I believe the collar is for a smaller woman, or possibly a child. The collar has a few tiny holes which I've pictured in the photos.
