Based on the 4.5-inch jaw width, combination bench and pipe-jaw configuration, and overall construction, this vise is believed to be a Wilton C1.

The pinned construction is a distinctive feature worth noting. Wilton manufactured multiple variations of its bullet-style vises over the years, and this example retains its visible retaining-pin arrangement.
