Vintage Zodiac Ashtray, 1971 Astrology Horoscope Bowl Dish, 1970\'s Celestial For Sale

This is a Vintage handmade Zodiac sign bowl. The bowl has all 12 zodiac signs.Gorgeous color avocado green! There is a sun face in the center of the bowl.I think this was intended as an ashtray, judging by the little grooves between each zodiac sign, but it can be used as a candy dish or to hold dip or even jewelry. The dish measures 10 1/2\" across and the center bowl portion measures 6 1/4\" across. It is in good vintage condition with signs of wear commensurate with age, including a small paint chip and a chip to an internal rim on the bottom of the ashtray. Both have been pointed out in photos. The paint is so bright and clean! It looks as though it may have just been used as a decorative item.
