• The Buffalo Bill Center of the West (McCracken Research Library): This archive holds the extensive Winchester Repeating Arms Co. Technical Drawing Collection. Because Winchester frequently collaborated with or monitored government production, their files contain authentic, high-resolution original copies of Frankford Arsenal drawings, such as:
• The 1896 Frankford Arsenal .45 and .38 Revolver Ball and Blank Cartridge sheets.
• The 1898 and 1903 (revised to 1916) .30 Caliber Krag service rifle cartridge drawings.
• National Archives and Records Administration (NARA): Record Group 156 (Records of the Office of the Chief of Ordnance) houses thousands of original production blueprints, engineering logs, and manufacturing diagrams generated directly at Frankford Arsenal throughout World War I and World War II.
