Vintage Silex PYREX Coffee Pot / Carafe – Rare Scalloped Aluminum Design – Patent Marked
Offered is a distinctive vintage Silex PYREX coffee pot/carafe featuring the unusual scalloped silver-tone metal overlay. This is a particularly attractive example of early Silex/PYREX kitchenware with excellent mid-century/Art Deco-inspired styling.

These patent markings correspond to early Silex designs from the 1930s–1940s era. The piece features the original PYREX glass body, white handle, metal collar, and distinctive metal lid.

Condition
Overall good vintage condition for its age.
There are visible signs of age and use, including mild scratches and surface wear to the aluminum/metal portions, some discoloration/patina, and minor marks on the glass. The white handle also shows some age-related discoloration.
