Vtg 40's or 50's Noma Visca Tinsel Christmas Table Top Tree Lighted Parts For Sale

For sale is probable a rare item, but unfortunately it is need of some TLC. I believe it to be from the late 40's to the 50's. The plug is stamped Noma. It is a table top tree made with what I believe is a material called visca. The tree is wired with a C6 light set. It comes with the lights see in the pictures. They need to work as well and are untested. The frame is there, but needs new life.Measures: 15" tall and about 8' wide. The base is 4" tall and 4.5" wide.
