This is a rare, retired vintage 90s Pier 1 Natural Christmas platter and plates set.
A large Platter ( chop plate, cake plate ) and 4 Side Plates, created in England features a round shape and a festive Christmas tree motif in soft white, chocolate brown, light brown, tan and hunter green. Made of stoneware or earthenware, this retired pattern collection is from the later 20th century is in excellent condition. The set, manufactured in the 90s in England. “Angleterre” which is also on the plate marks, is the French word for England, so I assume this was also marketed in France. The set includes a 12.5" platter and four 8" plates, perfect for serving holiday treats, cake, a charcuterie spread, etc., whatever is your fancy, in the dining room or at your buffet during Christmas celebrations. Beautiful and in the now again trending brown tones, this vintage set is a charming addition to any table décor. Lovely retro gift.
