You are offerding on a wonderful ornate flower frog or pot pourri holder. It measures approximately 4 inches in diameter and 4.5 inches tall from top to bottom. Flower-encrusted, openwork style porcelain ball covered in hand-modeled daisies (marguerites) with pink-tipped petals and yellow centers. The style is often loosely called "Dresden" or "Meissen-style" encrusted porcelain. I’m unsure of its’ exact application but it could be a pot-pourri ball, pomander, or flower frog
The impressed diamond shape on the base looks like it could be an English registry mark. These diamonds were used from 1842 to 1883, and their corner letters and numbers can be decoded to give the registration date and the maker. It was most likely made in England (Coalport, Rockingham and others).
