Vtg Christmas Pinecone Gnomes/Elves Mushroom Display~1950s Putz Style Japan~4 Pc

Adorable, RARE display featuring Putz Japan style Christmas Gnomes and a display tree to match. The tree features a felt or flocked squirrel and a pinecone character on top (unsure whether it\'s a bird or a squirrel maybe). This is a matching display with frosted bottoms, pine throughout along with lots of mushrooms. The gnomes faces I believe are either clay or plaster. The mushrooms appear to be molded Paper Mache. The bottoms of each piece are cardboard. Of course the pinecones are enhanced with Mica Glitter flakes.

All pieces for the age are in excellent condition!  PLEASE see all pictures, the only real issues to point out are the beards of the gnomes have turned color along with the white cone hats. There are some dark markings on the bases also.

There are no markings that I can find. I believe this is a genuine Putz Japan set that came as a boxed set. Therefore the box was probably marked but the pieces were not.
