Vintage Early 1900s Baby Charles Portrait Cabinet Card Photo Sepia 4x6 Original
[Used]: Vintage original sepia-toned cabinet card photograph showing typical age-related handling and storage wear with a clean, intact image and mount. Front surface displays light overall age toning, a few fine handling lines and tiny specks visible in reflected light, and a small white spot on the right side of the dark mount, while the image area remains free of tears, creases, or paper loss. Card edges and corners exhibit mild rubbing and tiny nicks from handling, and the reverse shows light soiling, faint surface impressions from the embossed oval, and a handwritten blue-ink name 'Charles'; offered as a single loose unframed cabinet card with no mats or frames included.
Original vintage early-20th-century sepia-toned cabinet card photograph depicting a baby identified in handwriting as Charles, posed in a studio interior setting.
The image shows the infant seated upright on a textured chair or cushion, wearing a long white gown with fine gathers and lace trim, with the softly focused background suggesting a typical period studio backdrop and furnishings.
The sepia photographic print is mounted behind an oval opening on thick dark card stock with an ornate blind-embossed decorative border surrounding the portrait, giving the piece a formal presentation consistent with early-1900s baby and family portraiture.
The reverse of the mount is plain except for the handwritten name "Charles" in blue ink near the top edge along with light age toning, and the photograph is offered as a single loose, unmounted, and unframed original cabinet card suitable for display or addition to collections focused on baby portraits, domestic and family life, and early-20th-century people photography.
