Vtg Hand Carved Gourd Wood Burned Bear Motive Native Southwestern Pen Holder For Sale

Hand carved with top taken off to be used as vase for dried flowers or perhaps a pencil holder. There is a signature on the bottom. The bear and landscape/plant design was created by wood burning. The bottom was cut off so that the \'vase\' will stand flat. The top holds irregular \'wood?\' pieces, however 2 of them are missing. The bottom shows some \'gourd\' cracking. The inside was died black.
