Wonderful vintage linen postcard featuring “Board Walk and Beach, Playland, Rye Beach, N.Y.” with a colorful bustling view of the beach, boardwalk, umbrellas, swimmers, and historic Playland buildings.
This postcard was mailed and postmarked June 20, 1935, giving it wonderful period provenance. The reverse retains its original handwritten message, address, postmark, and 1-cent George Washington stamp. Published by The Ruben Publishing Co., Newburgh, N.Y., with C.T. Art-Colortone markings.
