Vintage West Germany Glass Christmas Ornaments – Set of 5 in Original Box
Beautiful matching set of five vintage West German blown glass Christmas ornaments featuring a striking Mid-Century Modern multicolor striped design.
Each ornament features highly reflective red, green/teal and gold sections accented by sweeping white painted stripes. The bold asymmetrical decoration gives these a wonderful atomic/MCM appearance and makes the set especially eye-catching on a vintage Christmas tree.
The metal ornament caps are marked WEST GERMANY.
Includes the original window box, which is labeled “6 PCS West Germany.” Five ornaments are present, so the set is incomplete from its original six-piece configuration. One The ornaments retain their original vintage Macy’s paper tags attached.

Condition:
Very nice vintage condition overall, especially considering age. Expect normal age-related surface wear, light scratches, spotting/patina, minor paint wear and variations in the silvering/finish. The white painted striping shows some age-related wear in places. Please review all photographs closely, as they are an important part of the condition description.
Original box shows age, storage and edge wear. The box was originally intended for six ornaments; five ornaments are included.
